An NDIS participant can contact us directly, or a family member, support worker, support coordinator or other person involved in their support can enquire on their behalf. NDIS funding depends on the participant's individual plan, goals, supports and circumstances. Rubbish removal is not automatically covered simply because someone has an NDIS plan.

If you are considering using NDIS funding, check with your plan manager, support coordinator or other relevant NDIS contact about whether the particular service can be funded.
